HOW THE COHORT WORKS

The Sustainable Leadership Cohort is an 8-week, small-group experience that includes:

  • App guided lectures and exercises 

  • 8 weekly live sessions, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM (Central)

  • Small, curated group of 4–6 women

  • Cameras on for depth and connection

  • Positive Intelligence mental fitness framework

  • Saboteur assessment + guided integration

  • Structured curriculum with real-world leadership application

Enrollment is application-based to protect the integrity of the container.

​

Founding Cohort Investment: $997

THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS

  1. Apply to join the cohort.
     

  2. If aligned, you’ll be invited to a 45-minute leadership alignment call.
     

  3. If it’s a fit, you’ll enroll and begin onboarding immediately.
     

  4. The cohort live calls begin in early April 2026, once 4–6 aligned women are confirmed.
     

Early enrollees begin with orientation, the Saboteur assessment, and on-demand app-guided content.

Dr. Sheena Sullivan

Sheena is a leadership coach, nonprofit executive director, and college educator who has supported hundreds of high-performing leaders in developing the inner calm, resilience, and confidence needed to thrive in demanding roles.

 

She blends research, neuroscience, and practical tools with a grounded, empowering teaching style that resonates deeply with high-achieving women.
